I wish you a very very happy New Year! May 2016 be your best year ever! First of all, I wish you good health, and then enough time, money and energy to work out your most amazing ideas and projects!
Was 2015 a good one?
Traditionally, it is a good moment at the end of the year, to look back on the last year. Do you feel happy about the last year? Do you feel that you have achieved something? If not, I hope that at least you feel like you made some progress on the projects you’ve set up.
Do you feel like your time, money and energy levels are in balance? I sure hope so! But if that is not the case, I hope it will get better in 2016. The road of your life is all the time under construction!
Do you have any regrets from last year? Something you know you should have done, but you haven’t (yet). Or maybe you want to say something important to someone you care about but for some reason you haven’t told them (yet). You will have the chance in 2016!
What were your successes and things that you did in 2015 that you’re proud of? I hope there were many!
2016 must even be better!
If 2015 was a good year for you, continue on the same rhythm. If it was not, then you know that there are things to change. Your traditional New Year’s resolutions. Only this time, if you make any resolutions, commit to them. Make fewer resolutions. Make a resolution only for those things that you really really want to change and be determined to stick to them. Commit to stick to them, no matter what!
If you want to quit smoking, just do it. If you want to lose weight, pay attention to what you eat from now on. If your intention is to do more sports, just do it! No buts, no excuses, no complaints!
And if one day in 2016, you’ve lost focus, why wait for another New year’s day to make a fresh start and make good resolutions? Every day, every week, every month there is a new beginning. You can start any day of the year. You don’t have to wait for the next new year to come. That is just a waste of time.
So this year, start every day as a new beginning. No buts, no excuses, no complaints!
